Q. How much commission will I make?
Our agents receive at least £100 for every conveyancing referral that completes.
Our best agents will take advantage of our ability to work on both sides of a transaction and earn this commission from both their vendors and purchasers. One single property transaction has the potential to generate around £400 of additional revenue if both the vendor and the purchaser use our service for both their sale and purchase. This commission will be paid regardless of whether the customer is both selling and purchasing through your agency and repeat commission will be gained if they use our service again in the future.
Q. How will I get paid?
We will send you your commission on a monthly basis for all transaction completed in the previous calendar month. You don't have to do a thing. Our self billing invoice system will provide you with a cheque and a record of all completed transactions for your records.
Q. Who will contact my client to introduce the service?
Every agent who uses our service has a dedicated account manager who will contact your referred customers to offer them a quote and answer any questions they may have.
Q. How can I keep in touch with my legal team?
Keeping in touch couldn't be easier. All notes and milestones are integrated into your dezrez system, keeping you up to date on the file in real time. If you would like to contact the legal team to discuss a specific issue, direct dial numbers and email addresses make it easy to speak to a real person.
Q. Where can I check the Conveyancing details?
You can see the legal team's notes and the key milestones in several convenient areas of the software. The sales progression is filled in automatically every time a key milestone is completed, with detailed notes from our legal team recorded in the notes section at the bottom. You'll also find this information in the vendor and applicant cards of your clients. Finally a reporting section allows you to view the milestone progress of all ongoing transactions in one easy to access area.
Q. Do my customers get to view the Conveyancing milestones?
We can arrange for these details to show on the vendor/applicant login areas of your agency website. You can control which customers have access to this area using the six letter access code generated by your dezrez system.
Q. How will using this service speed up the completions?
The high levels of integration between your agency software and our legal team make it easy for all parties to communicate effectively to push transactions through. In addition our legal team only deal with files generated from referrals from dezrez agents. We focus on quality rather than quantity to make sure we are delivering on the factors that are important to you and your clients.
Q. Is it no sale no legal fee?
Yes.
Q. Will my customers be given a hard sell?
No. We will always try and maximise the revenue we generate for your agency and will treat every referral as an important opportunity. We do not believe that to do this requires a 'hard sell'. Your account manager will approach your customers with a friendly and helpful manner without pressurising them into taking up our services. We are confident that the unique benefits of our service together with our competitive fees will do the selling for us.
Q. How do my customers deal with their paperwork?
As with all legal matters paperwork is unfortunately unavoidable. We make every effort to minimise the amount of paperwork your clients are faced with and are always on hand to help when it is needed. All documents are posted to the client with a prepaid envelope included for their return. If your client would rather receive their documents by email this can also be arranged. There is never any need for your clients to visit our offices and all matters can be effectively dealt with via post, telephone, or email.
Q. What happens if I receive a complaint?
Difficult cases do of course happen from time to time and if your client does not feel as though they have been dealt with in an appropriate way we want to know about it. We aim to deal with all complaints as quickly as possible and to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Your hipz account manager is always on hand to discuss such cases and liase with our legal team to gain a successful resolution.
