We have a chain of 10 offices across the northwest, one of the challenges for us in growing has been consistency in all aspects of our business but specifically in how we provide consistent good customer service and share information across our branches. The key to it's success for us has been continual training.
We have significantly improved our system usage, and reduced the amount of time our team spend in admin functions and not communicating with customers by investing in training with dezrez. We have created a super user in each branch who we invest in training who then cascade throughout our 80 staff.
Having the management information at hand to support the business is something we would struggle to live without.
