What is the difference between Gold and Enterprise?
Dezrez is available in two variations Gold and Enterprise. While both packages contain
the same core functionality, they are both implemented in different ways.
Dezrez Gold is our standard package
Designed to be used by single branch agents or multi-branch agencies where the branches
work as separate entities, only marketing their own properties and keeping contacts separate.
Enterprise works on an agency wide basis
With Enterprise, you have data for the whole agency available to you no matter which office
you are in. As a result, you can view the diaries for the whole agency, and vendor reports will
contain activities for all branches, not just your own. There is also no contact duplication,
a client added in one branch will be instantly viewable in all other branches.
The two packages available have differing hardware requirements. All that's needed to run
dezrez Gold is a PC with an internet connection. In contrast, the extra information
available to you with dezrez Enterprise requires a bit more processing power. As a result,
each office running the Enterprise system requires a dedicated machine running as a server.
This server holds a local copy of the database, allowing quick retrieval of data. For full

Do I need the Enterprise version of dezrez?
Just because you are a multi branch agency does not necessarily mean that you should use
dezrez Enterprise. The reasons for choosing this version of our software should be based on
the way your business runs. Please consider the following qualifying questions carefully, how
do you work now and also how you would like to work.
Do your branches work independently or as a group?
Do you arrange appointments for negotiators in other branches?
Do your branches only actively sell their own instructions?
Do you have a single Administration office that does work for all the other branches?
If you do then you will need dezrez Enterprise.
Please note that all offices need to be on the same version of dezrez. It is not possible for
one office to be on Enterprise whilst the others are on Standard. And remember that if you need
