Q. Is training provided when I purchase dezrez?
Training for all customers is a vital part of implementing new software which is why every new customer has a training day to get them up and running with dezrez.
Q. My staff have varied computer skills, will training reflect this?
The training method we use at dezrez goes well beyond the actual training session. Prior to starting with dezrez we will contact our agents to establish staff numbers, levels, roles and needs. We are able to create a tailor made plan for your staff which ensures that both you and ourselves make the most of the training day.
Q. What training material is provided on a training day?
Every training session is accompanied by a user manual. However we will also show you how to access our online user guide, or for those of you that prefer a more interactive style of learning we have a suite of online videos.
Q. How long will a training day last?
We usually run training between 10am and 4.30pm; however we are flexible and can work around the operation of your business.
Q. I want more training but don't want to shut my office what can you suggest?
A delegate day or net training are ideal, both allow a select member of the team to develop their dezrez skills with out impacting on the day to day operations of your business.
Q. What's a delegate day?
A delegate day is a training session run at our regional training centres around the UK. They comprise a full days training in a given topic set by the training team. See our training calendar for up and coming dates!
Q. What's net training?
Net training is run in hour long sessions using the internet and a phone. It is an ideal way of getting new members of staff trained in the fundamentals of dezrez regardless of their role or even experience in using a PC.
Q. I have been using dezrez for 6 months do I need further training?
Training does not stop when the training day ends. We continue assessing each company and recommending areas for potential improvement. We will send you monthly update reports that outline areas of the software you and your staff are currently not using and offer you training to ensure you are always making the most of the product.
Q. How can I learn about the latest tools within dezrez?
The Product is constantly being developed in order to stay ahead of our competitors and keep you ahead of yours, so we offer current users additional training for the new features of the system. We will always let you know if we have a delegate training day coming up in your area. Or why not book an hours net training?
