Hipz EPCs are the easiest way to make sure that your rental properties are compliant. With a dedicated hipz Account manager and automatic integrated milestones to help you and your clients from payment to completion we'll make sure that you receive a top quality service with the option to generate additional income.
Easy to order
You can order an EPC quickly and easily by clicking 'order EPC now' from within your dezrez system. Our simple ordering questionnaire will ask you to confirm a handful of important details before sending the order to your hipz Account Manager.
Easy to track
Your hipz Account Manager will take the payment from your client and answer any questions they may have before processing the order. All information on the status of your order can be viewed in real time using notes in the client card, reminders, and automatic milestones with in the dezrez system.
Easy to view
Your completed EPC is stored against the property in your dezrez software and is easily distributed to relevant parties as a weblink using our copy feature.
Generating additional revenue
Once your EPC has completed we will send you your commission on a monthly basis.
I have found that the hipz service works well for my agency because it is so easy. I order HIPs and stand alone EPCs through my dezrez software, which pulls through the customer details I already have stored. This saves me having to re-enter details on a third party website, or fill in paperwork. My completed HIPs are returned automatically to the relevant record within dezrez, keeping everything organised and cutting down on unnecessary paperwork. The data is backed up, so I feel confident that my HIPs and EPCs will be kept secure.
