Starting last year, we were one of the first estate agent software providers to begin uploading your properties to Google.

Go Have A Look Yourself

Go to maps.google.co.uk
Either click on the 'Show search options' link just to the right of the 'Search Maps' box and select the 'Properties' option, or pick the 'Properties' option after clicking the 'More...' button on the map itself
Type in an address or town name and click 'Search Maps'
Properties will then be displayed on the map along with search filters to the left for price, type of property and number of bedrooms and bathrooms

Enhance Your Listings Through Dezrez

Your properties will currently say they are from dezrez.com. We can customise your feed to Google, advertising your brand in their maps and linking directly to your website.

We Are Developing A ‘Live’ Feed To Google

Put simply, the Google live feed is a real time gateway between dezrez and Google. For example, if a property is reduced and the price is amended in dezrez the information will be shipped to Google in real time.

We are happy to announce the arrival of the Google Base. The feed will compliment our other 100 automatic uploads that we already manage through the dezrez system. Our current feeds already include major players such as Rightmove, Primelocation and FindaProperty. We feel that Google Base will bring a new dimension to the way agents market their properties and have positioned ourselves at the forefront to facilitate this advance
