How it works...
Our easy to use conveyancing service is a great way of generating additional revenue for your agency as well as guaranteeing a top quality service for you and your clients.
It can be used both as a stand-alone referral service and as part of our established Home Information Pack service. Your hipz Account Manager will offer a quote at the same time as confirming details for the HIP, thereby maximising your income stream.
An easy to use referral wizard allows you to refer your clients for a conveyancing quote quickly from within your dezrez software.
We receive your referral instantly. Your dedicated hipz Account Manager will contact your client to offer a no sale no legal fee quote and to answer any questions they may have. If the customer is happy our legal team can start work on their file straight away.
All actions completed by our team are recorded in real time within your dezrez software. Notes and milestones can be accessed from a number of areas including the client card, reminders sections and automatic sales progression. There is also a dedicated reporting section where you can view the progress of all your ongoing files in one easy to view area.
Busy customers can easily keep up to date with the progress of their file using the vendor log in area of your estate agency website.
The conveyancing is dealt with in an efficient manner and our account manager Gina will call to let us know when we have an instruction. As with HIPs we get updates as the files progress, which can be extremely useful when a sale needs to be pushed through.
