Adding the EPC graphs to property details couldn’t be easier. Please follow these simple instructions: |
From within the property edit screen, navigate to the ‘Energy Efficiency Report’ section highlighted in the image below. Enter the current and potential Energy Efficiency and Environmental Impact percentage ratings into the relevant boxes. Add a Special Feature to the property (Do this as you would any normal room) and ensure the property is saved. Navigate to the ‘Special Feature’ edit screen by clicking on ‘Special’ within the features section. From here, select how the graphs are to be displayed on the property details. Options available are ‘Side by Side’, ‘Arranged Vertically’ or choose to display graphs individually. Below is an example of the EPC graphs displayed ‘Side by Side’ The potential box, if left empty, will indicate on the EPC graph that the values are 'predicted'. The image below highlights this difference in two energy efficiency graphs, with the left containing the current and potetntial values and the right graph displaying the predicted value. Below is an example of a brochure with the EPC graphs included. |
