Fewer clicks with new wizard layouts
When some of our customers asked us to make the client wizards even better we saw it as a bit of a challenge! So we went back to the drawing board and came up with our new wizard layouts. We have nearly halved the number of clicks it takes you to book appointments or confirm meetings.
Bespoke work flow now part of dezrez
Our unique, NEW Work Flow functionality allows you to create a collection of "to-dos" that are required to be undertaken against a property or person at set time intervals. All of this means that you will be able to provide all of your customers with a consistently higher level of service than competitors and ensures that the proper procedures are followed by everyone involved. Nothing need be left to chance allowing you to concentrate on other areas of business.
Examples could include:
- Schedule in anniversary letters for your clients and get a reminder to send them a little something once a year
- List and allocate tasks out when instructing a new property so that nothings missed, like taking the photographs

We have given you even more control over your adverts, choose to email them off, print them in the office or save your work and decide later.

Unique, new technology ensures that your contact lists load faster, and we've added functionality to allow you to see what’s important at a glance without needing to load up clients individually.
