Welcome to the June edition of our newsletter

Over the past few months the team have noticed a significant shift in the mood of our agents, with a definite air of positivity surrounding our industry. It’s a refreshing change! Agents are seeing definite improvements, with more active purchasers and more mortgage deals available. The press have also carried some positive stories on increased prices. This goes a long way in assisting vendor and purchaser confidence! Whilst it’s not quite time to start popping the champagne corks we remain hopeful that this positivity continues through the summer period, and we get some longer-term stability to build from.

It’s been a busy time at the dezrez offices! We have been working hard on our latest functionality. Click here for more on the upcoming release. Many of the features we are releasing are based on user feedback. Your input is always welcome and will continue to shape our product. This new release is imminent with our developers currently fine tuning and is of course free to all our users. With the help of our agents we have come up with a number of innovative features, which we are very excited about. This fits in nicely with our latest advertising campaign, Innovation not imitation!

We have been working with an upcoming portal ‘Mouseprice’ – one of the largest free portals. Mouseprice also analyse data on behalf of the land registry and provide valuation statistics for the property and mortgage industries. We have negotiated a free upload to the Mouseprice portal and free branded valuation reports within the dezrez software for all of your properties. Turning up to a valuation with a professional report can give you the edge, and help you justify fees and valuation levels. Click here for an example of the market report.

Even though there is a general increase in the levels of business, agents are reluctant to start hiring new staff, given that the growth may not continue at current levels. We have suggested that agents look at our phone integration before hiring. If you don’t know what our phone integration is or haven’t seen it, click here! This valuable addition will save you time, money and help you tie up more deals. Put simply, this service allows you to hook dezrez up to your phone system. The service can now be installed for as little as £10 per week. We use this functionality at the dezrez head office, and view it as an invaluable tool! Agents that currently use this technology tell us they would never give it up. That’s pretty high praise.
