Dezrez creates Upload to Google Property Portal
We have been working on a feed to Google Base for some time and are glad to announce that it is ready. We will begin uploading properties to Google on Monday 14th December. We are currently working on developing a ‘live’ feed to google.
What is a Google live feed?
Put simply, the Google live feed is a real time gateway between dezrez and Google. For example, if a property is reduced and the price is amended in dezrez the information will be shipped to Google in real time.
We are happy to announce the arrival of Google Base. The feed will compliment our other 100 automatic uploads that we already manage through the dezrez system. Our current feeds already include major players such as Rightmove, Primelocation and FindaProperty. We feel that Google Base will bring a new dimension to the way agents market their properties and have positioned ourselves at the forefront to facilitate this advance

How much will it cost?
The feed to Google will not effect your portal charges for 3 months and after that it will revert to our normal charging structure. If you don’t want your properties to be uploaded to Google then please let us know.

Dezrez agents, just sit back and relax. We will take care of all the hard work for you and keep you posted. Keep your eye on the login screen for further information about the live feed.
