Don't worry if you're new to the world of Estate Agency or Customer service. Over a four-week period our trainers and your line manager will help you get to know your new
department, team, role, internal systems and our business. We will guide you at a steady pace and give you a personal induction and role specific checklist to keep you on track.
We don't expect you to know all our products and services inside-out before you start. But we'll make sure you do by the end of your induction. During your time with us you will have regular reviews
with your manager and training and mentoring to enable you to do the best work of your life.
Once you are a part of dezrez we don't just expect you stand still! We positively encourage pro-active staff and always look to promote from within wherever possible. We have
