Our business model is not necessarily a traditional one. Working in the heart of vineyard country near Bordeaux, France our core expertise is a hybrid of commercial vineyards and chateaux. The market here is not liquid and vineyards, like many commercial properties, take a while to sell. What this means is that our business model is focused on out-sourcing and minimizing data loss risk. Every aspect of what we do has been carefully thought through and considered as part of our strategic positioning. We lean very heavily on technology and so relying on its efficiency and reliability are core to our success. Finding Dezrez was an essential part of our strategic planning. Our data could be stored off site and managed by people that understand technology while we focus on what we do best - drinking wine - I mean selling vineyards! The team at Dezrez have embraced the peculiarities of our business, not least the language complications, and at a reasonable cost they have enabled us to now have bi-lingual brochures to compliment our bi-lingual web site. We are also encouraged that they are always looking to improve the capabilities of the database and listen to their clients feedback. We are very pleased with our Dezrez experience and have no plans to go elsewhere, besides, we would miss the Welsh accents!
