How do the migrations work?
Our sole aim is to have you up and running on dezrez as quickly as possible. We have developed a process which ensures a swift assessment, development and migration of your current data in 4 simple steps:
- Step 1: We obtain a copy of your current data base
- Step 2: We then fully map your old data to the dezrez database using our unique mapping development tool
- Step 3: We will break down exactly what can be migrated into a plain “simple to understand” document
- Step 4: We will look to go live with the data migration on the day of your training allowing you to hit the ground running

Getting your staff trained up with new software can be a challenge. But your staff use dezrez already so you are half way there! We will be offering training courses across the UK specifically for your property managers, maintenance managers, negotiators and accounts people to attend or maybe you would like an expert to come to your office for the day. What ever is easiest we can accommodate. We will offer online training, seminars and of course the software will come with interactive user guide, videos and glossary of terms to help staff make the change.
