We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a flexible working approach to join our Training team. The role will involve delivering training on our popular web-based sales & lettings package so you must be able to grasp technical concepts and systems quickly and importantly be able to convey these to a non-technical audience. The role involves travel to client's sites and providing face to face training. It is essential you have a driving license and prepared to travel with some overnight stays. Candidates must have IT training experience and educated to degree level is desirable but not essential. Any estate agency experience would be beneficial. Description

C# Developers with good Microsoft SQL knowledge are required. Experience of web technologies including XML is vital, whilst knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be a distinct advantage. Do you want to work for one of Wales' most dynamic and upward moving companies? We are looking for proven developers with good communications skills to join our team.

Development will consist of web software development. You will be involved in all aspects of the development cycle, from determining requirements with customers through to testing and release strategy. Experience of developing Customer Management Systems is an advantage as is an understanding of the residential property market.

You will be part of a team, but still expected to drive projects forward and be self motivated. You will take pride in the services you provide. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with end-users direct. You will be part of a company where good customer service is paramount.

IT Support Representative

Description

Must be educated to A level standard or equivalent with a good rounded knowledge of Windows operating systems. Must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. A background in IT Support/Estate Agencies would be useful. Main duties will be main point of contact for support calls aiming to resolve IT problems and monitor resolution to completion as well as providing pro-active customer services to clients. Will also be required to follow appropriate procedures as well as assisting in the creation of new procedures as and when required.
