Software Trainer

Description

An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a flexible working approach is needed to join our Training Team. The role will involve delivering training on our popular web-based sales & lettings package for Estate Agents - along with our exciting new Property Management software - so you must be able to grasp techinical concepts and systems quickly & importantly be able to convey these to a non technical audience. The role involves travel to client's sites to provide face to face training. It is essential you have a driving licence & be prepared to travel with some overnight stays. Must have IT experience, educated to degree level is desirable but not essential. Estate Agency experience would be beneficial.

C# Developer

Description

C# Developer with Microsoft SQL knowledge is required. Experience of web technologies including XML is vital, whilst knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be a distinct advantage. Do you want to work for one of Wales' most dynamic and upward moving companies? We are looking for proven developers with good communications skills to join our team.

Development will consist of web software development. You will be involved in all aspects of the development cycle, from determining requirements with customers through to testing and release strategy. Experience of developing Customer Management Systems is an advantage as is an understanding of the residential property market.

You will be part of a team, but still expected to drive projects forward and be self motivated. You will take pride in the services you provide. Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with end-users direct. You will be part of a company where good customer service is paramount.

Branding Technician

Description

Must be educated to A Level Standard or equivalent (minimum) and specific knowledge to include HTML, CSS, PHP, Flash (JavaScript and XML/XSLT would also be an advantage)

Main duties will involve working with existing websites, implementing code into estate agencies websites and interpreting our customers requirements and dealing with their web developers. Will also include answering calls – in order to diagnose template problems and decipher client amendment requests. Creating and amending customer templates based on client designs & specifications using HTML and CSS.

IT Support Representative

Description

Must be educated to A level standard or equivalent with a good rounded knowledge of Windows operating systems. Must have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. A background in IT Support/Estate Agencies would be useful. Main duties will be main point of contact for support calls aiming to resolve IT problems and monitor resolution to completion as well as providing pro-active customer services to clients. Will also be required to follow appropriate procedures as well as assisting in the creation of new procedures as and when required.
