Software Trainer

Description

An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a flexible working approach is needed to join our Training Team. The role will involve delivering training on our popular web-based sales & lettings package for Estate Agents - along with our exciting new Property Management software - so you must be able to grasp techinical concepts and systems quickly & importantly be able to convey these to a non technical audience. The role involves travel to client's sites to provide face to face training. It is essential you have a driving licence & be prepared to travel with some overnight stays. Must have IT experience, educated to degree level is desirable but not essential. Estate Agency experience would be beneficial.

C# Developer with Microsoft SQL knowledge is required. Experience of web technologies including XML is vital, whilst knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be a distinct advantage. Development will consist of web software development. Branding Technician

Main duties will involve working with existing websites, implementing code into estate agencies websites and interpreting our customers requirements and dealing with their web developers. Will also include answering calls – in order to diagnose template problems and decipher client amendment requests. Creating and amending customer templates based on client designs & specifications using HTML and CSS.

IT Support Representative
