IT Software Trainer

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a flexible working approach to join our Training team. The role will involve delivering training on our popular web-based sales package so you must be able to grasp technical concepts and systems quickly and importantly be able to convey these to a non-technical audience. The role involves travel to client's sites across the UK. It is essential you have a driving licence and prepared to travel 20,000 mile pa with overnight stays. Candidates must have IT training experience and educated to degree level is desirable but not essential. Any estate agency experience would be beneficial. Reporting directly to the MD and the board, you will be immediately responsible for the cross selling to, and ongoing relationship maintenance of, an impressive portfolio of accounts. You will also be empowered to strategically develop new business within defined areas. Your ability to consult effectively with your clients will see you delivering effective solutions and therefore developing strong, long-term profitable business relationships which will significantly contribute to the overall revenue stream.
To be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes; excellent sales skills, a good knowledge of dealing with business development and selling of property based services. Experience of working within the property sector (estate agency or Affinity groups). Strong and confident communication skills are essential. The candidate must be willing to travel with the role.
