A legacy of innovation in estate agency software.

  • 1998 – The Beginning

    Co-founders Justin Morris and Ian Pearce develop the first prototype for an online property portal – the spark that started it all.

  • 1999 – The Launch

    The Dezrez portal officially goes live, marking the company’s first step into the PropTech space.

  • 2000 – A Shift to Software

    Dezrez evolves into one of the UK’s first cloud estate agency CRMs, helping agents run their businesses online.

    Dezrez reaches 500 customers, moves into new offices and even welcomes Prime Minister Tony Blair for a visit.

  • 2006–2008 – Innovation Through Change

    The first customisable dashboard is launched. New lettings functionality helps agents diversify during the 2007 financial crisis.

  • 2009–2014 – Expansion & DezrezLegal

    The company launches DezrezLegal to streamline conveyancing and celebrates 100 employees.

  • 2015 – Rezi is Born

    Dezrez CRM launches with an open API, setting a new industry standard for flexible, connected estate agency software.

  • 2016–2017 – Always On

    The Anytime customer portal gives clients 24/7 access to their property journey – live updates, documents and appointments.

  • 2018–2019 – New Leadership, New Momentum

    Richard Price joins as Managing Director, driving growth and new partnerships for Dezrez.

  • 2020 – Adapting to a New World

    As the pandemic hits, Dezrez integrates with Zapier and Zoom, helping agents stay productive through lockdown.

  • 2021 – Property Management Launches

    The new property management lettings platform debuts at EAvolution21, bringing end-to-end management to letting agents.

  • 2022–2024 – 25 Years & Open Banking

    Dezrez celebrates 25 years in business, launches Open Banking and cements its place as the UK’s longest-running estate agency software provider.

  • Today – Still Innovating

    From CRM to conveyancing, Dezrez continues to lead the way in PropTech – empowering agents, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through smarter, connected software and conveyancing.
