Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Group Account Manager to manage a portfolio of both passive and active accounts, covering over 100 branches. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business development efforts within our CRM solution and conveyancing service.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of 100+ active and passive accounts, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across branches.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all software and conveyancing-related issues, driving swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Collaboration
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the legal and software offerings.
- Generate high-quality leads and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to convert these into new business.
Onboarding & Growth
- Lead the onboarding process for new legal customers with low volume/value or start-up status, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent initial experience.
- Win new legal business from passive or low-revenue accounts within the existing customer base, as well as from new prospects.
Client retention focus
- Monitors client satisfaction and proactively addresses risk signals
- Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to deliver customer feedback and help shape future service offerings.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of CRM and/or legal software solutions (desirable).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with a proactive and organised approach.
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset and keen eye for spotting opportunities.
