5 Quick Wins to Help Estate Agents Regain Control of Their To-Do List

Forget the sticky-note chaos and scattered notebooks: Tasks in Dezrez—part of the best CRM software for estate agents—pulls everything into one clear, shared workspace.

This smart feature lets you and your team set up single tasks or full task lists, each with a due date and optional reminders, so every commitment stays on your radar.

Here are five quick tips to help estate agents get the most value out of Tasks:
1. Create one-off Tasks on the fly

It’s easy! Open the Actions Menu of a property or person group and hit ‘Create Task’. Perfect for that single follow-up call you don’t want to forget.

2. Turbo-build call lists

Need to chase ten applicants? Simply tick their names from the list or select ‘all’ then click Create Task. From here you can give the list a name, due date and priority – and boom, a call queue for you (or your negotiator) is ready.

Lists of tasks will show with a small arrow next to them, click these to expand the list to see who you need to contact. You can share lists of tasks with your colleagues, the whole branch or specific teams.

Hint: Choose the Task type (Call, Email, Inspection…) so the right contact info appears instantly.

3. Prioritise like a pro

Inside the Tasks panel (🗸 icon above Search) tap the Priority arrow to surface the hottest jobs first and check which tasks are assigned to you. No more scrolling to find today’s must-dos.

Clicking on a task will then allow you to see all the relevant information such as contact numbers and email addresses, as well as the type of tasks such as call or email.

4. Share the load

Switch to Team, Branch or All Tasks in the left-hand menu to see who’s tackling what – then re-assign or jump in where help is needed. Collaboration, sorted.

5. Keep momentum rolling

Clicked Call but the client didn’t pick up? Set the status to In Progress and move on. Finished? Mark it Complete – you can always filter later to review wins (or re-attempts).

Hint: If you want to view all of your completed tasks, simply apply a filter at the top of the Tasks list.
