Dezrez Ranked #16 in the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces for Development
Over the past 25 years, we’ve continually introduced new benefits and processes designed to strengthen our culture and support personal and professional development across the business.
To determine the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place To Work® assessed a range of factors including workplace culture, leadership, employee benefits, and development opportunities. These insights were combined with confidential employee feedback to evaluate how closely a company’s employee experience aligns with its overall culture and values. Only organisations achieving the highest overall scores earned a place on the list.
