We’re delighted to announce that Dezrez has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ by Great Place To Work® UK, placing #23 out of 100 organisations in the medium-sized business category.
This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based on what women working at Dezrez and DezrezLegal have said about their everyday experiences.
It reflects whether women feel listened to, treated fairly and given genuine opportunities to develop their careers. It also considers whether those positive experiences are shared consistently throughout the organisation.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ list celebrates organisations that are working to remove barriers to women’s progression, create fair opportunities and ensure that people can flourish regardless of gender.
At Dezrez and DezrezLegal, we believe that diverse experiences and perspectives make our teams stronger, our decisions better and our business more effective.
Today, women represent 30% of our senior leadership team and 58.5% of colleagues across the Dezrez Group.
Over more than 25 years, we have continued to develop the practical support available to our people. Recognition built on employee feedback
Great Place To Work® determines the organisations included in its Best Workplaces lists by analysing confidential employee survey responses alongside information about each organisation’s culture and people practices.
The assessment examines whether employees consistently experience trust, fairness, effective leadership, innovation and opportunities to succeed. For the Best Workplaces for Women™ list, particular attention is given to the experiences reported by women and whether those experiences demonstrate an equitable and inclusive culture.
In our most recent Great Place To Work survey, 99% of employees said that, taking everything into account, Dezrez is a great place to work.
The results also found that:

100% said management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
100% believed people are treated fairly regardless of age.
100% believed people are treated fairly regardless of race.
100% said management recognises honest mistakes as part of doing business.
