This month’s release focuses on improving compliance visibility, simplifying document management, and making key processes faster and more convenient for both agents and customers.

Proof of address upload for tenants

We’ve introduced a new capability that allows letting agents to record and store proof of address for tenants directly within the system. Tenants can also upload their proof of address themselves via the Customer Portal.

Key benefits

  • Maintain accurate, auditable records for tenant verification
  • No more manual chasing - tenants upload documents directly
  • A quick, self-service option through the portal
  • Proof of address files are securely stored and easy to access

Clear visibility of sanction checks in property management

We’ve added a core Proof of Sanction check for landlords, tenants, and guarantors within Property Management.

What this means for you

  • Instantly see whether required sanction checks have been completed.
  • Quickly confirm compliance without searching through records.

Where you’ll see it

  • Sanction check status is visible on the Property Management dashboard.
  • Status is also shown within individual landlord records.

Upload and manage Terms of Business within a tenancy

You can now upload and manage Terms of Business documents directly from the tenancy hub using a dedicated document type.

What this means for you

  • Easily confirm whether a valid Terms of Business is in place.
  • Reduced risk of important documents being lost among other files.
  • Clearer visibility for landlords viewing documents in the Customer Portal.

Where you’ll see it

  • Terms of Business documents are uploaded and managed in the tenancy hub.
  • Landlords can view these documents via the Customer Portal.
