📣 New Workflow Automation for Viewings

We’ve introduced powerful enhancements to Viewing workflows in Dezrez, allowing estate agents to fully automate communications with landlords, vendors, purchasers, and potential tenants whenever a viewing is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled.

✅ What’s New?
 
  1. Automated Communication: No more manual emails or missed SMS messages. Once a viewing is booked, Dezrez automatically sends branded communications using your existing Dezrez Post packs.
  2. Viewing Booked: When the viewing is booked our automated process catches your team has created a viewing and instantly sends either a SMS message and/or email to you customers.
  3. Viewing Cancelled:  Never leave your customers waiting. In the event a Viewing is cancelled, our automation will instantly send communications to your customers to keep them informed. No more un happy and unexpected surprises for your customers.
  4. Viewing Reminders: There is nothing worse than missing or forgetting you have a viewing. That is why our automation can remind your customers and negs that a viewing has been booked and scheduled. Our customers are already seeing increased attendances due to thsi automation.
  5. Smart Rescheduling: If a viewing is changed or cancelled, all associated parties are notified instantly — saving time and reducing confusion.
  6. Centralised Logs: All communications sent via automation are logged in Settings & Preferences → Communication Logs, showing who received what, when, and which property it relates to.
  7. Branding: Branding is key to you and your businesses success, that is why we allow you to set the default branding per automation and notification. Every communication you send is branded as you need, streamline and introducing consistency for your organisation.

🔧 How to Enable

Agents or support teams can enable automation by navigating to: Settings & Preferences → Automations
From here, users can:

  1. Select existing Dezrez Post packs and branding
  2. Create one or more automations per event or branch
  3. View all documents generated in the relevant sections of Dezrez (e.g., property documents, person records)
